Had a pretty decent night last night, in spite of poor seeing and transparency. I used the 8-inch mask throughout, and kept magnification low to only 205x. Also there was a full moon throwing a lot of glare through the sky due to the haze, so I pointed it in the opposite direction and observed in the west, in Gemini and Cancer, and I stuck with brighter pairs. I could not get below 1". There were low clouds to the east and they seemed to rise with the moon -- so that by 11pm I was shut down by clouds. Still, 2 hours of peaceful observing was good for me. Some very fine pairs observed, too.
