24 july 2023

Seeing predicted to be average, but it was noticeably a problem even in the 6-inch, so I could not push powers very high or go below 1".  Went through more Struves and had a nice night out, with some notable color pairs.

STF2272 AB: 152; 125x: 70 Oph.  Amazing colors, A light yellow, B orange, 2 Dm, well split.  Also seen with 60mm at 40x, the colors were the same but less vivid, but perfect spurious disks, a very pleasing view.  SOC grade 1 orbit, 88.39-years.  15% PRO, 28 AU WS, 0.9+0.6 Msol, RVD 1.2 < EV 9.7.
